of 3-3-3-8 at 1.8V.
FEATURES • 240-pin PCB for 64Mx64 DDR2 module • 6 - layers PCB with impedance controlled • 4 - bit pre-fetch architecture • Assemble with 64Mx8 DDR2 SDRAM chips • Compatible with standard JEDEC format • Non buffered • Serial presence detect (spd): TSSOP • Programmable CAS Latencies (3 and 4), Burst Length (4 and 8) • Posted CAS# additive latency (AL): 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 • Auto Refresh (CBR) and Self Refresh Mode • Differential clock inputs (CK and CK#) • Auto pre-charge option for each burst access • Only for non-ECC module • Operating Voltage: 1.8V + - 0.1V • Fully compatible with PC mother board up to 667MHz • Off-Chip Driver (OCD) Impedance Adjustment • On-Die termination (ODT) of 75 and 150 ohm • Data inputs and outputs are synchronized with DQS • JEDEC standard form factor (133.35 mm x 30.0 mm)
