The miniature version of our rich and creamy cheesecake is prepared and baked on a graham base to perfection. The cheesecakes are then topped with a lemon, cherry or blueberry topping to make this dessert the perfect party treat or get together dessert.

Thaw mini cheesecakes in refrigerator over night or for a half hour at room temperature. Refrigerate unused portions.
