Description
SPIROCOOL is the latest generation of high-efficiency dry ingredient cooling systems. SPIROCOOL helps you to ensure your flour or sugar temperature is consistent for a high quality consistent end product. From a single infeed point, product flow is divided among parallel tube-in-shell heat exchangers. Each tube has a SPIROMATIC spiral conveyor which gently and slowly transfers the product while cooling it in a counter-flow cooling system. European users have reported as much s 90 lower operating costs as compared to traditional ice or other cooling methods. And, with the dry closed loop counter-flow system, flour quality is maintained and the end recipe is always consistent.
