Gravity conveyors

Rollers: Portable, light, medium and heavy duty steel rollers have spring-loaded hexagon axles for easy removal from or insertion into frame rails and prevent wear from axle rotation. Standard BFR (between frame rails) widths are 15", 21", 27", 33", 39", 48", and 60". Other widths to 120", on request. Plastic, stainless steel and galvanized rollers made to order. Capacities are 15" BFR and decrease as length increases.
Portable - Aluminum no. 4146: 1.4" dia., 70 lbs. capacity for portable applications where weight or rust-freedom is important.
Light Duty - Steel no. 4141: 1.4" dia., 100 lbs. capacity for light duty applications where conveyed items are short, requiring close roller spacing.
Medium Duty - Steel no. 7197: 1.9" dia., 300 lbs. capacity .Sadler's most popular roller with excellent balance between cost, strength and ability to withstand normal abuse.
Heavy Duty - Steel no. 11251: 2.5" dia., 600 lbs. capacity. Outstanding for pallet or skid handling. Takes heavy weight and shock loading.
Extra Heavy Duty - Steel no. 16351: 3.5" dia., 2500 lbs. capacity. A precision bearing-fitted rugged roller for severe operating conditions - container, pallet, skid and steel handling.
Lengths and Ends: Rollers are measured in BFR lengths, not face lengths. All Sadler rollers have slightly swaged or straight ends.
