We are proud to carry three different qualities of veal to cover every foodservice application. The majority of our milk-fed and grain-fed veal comes from Quebec where 70 of Canada's veal production takes place. We also process a more economical imported variety of veal for institutional requirements. Quebec's milk-fed veal is a product of consistently superior quality. The meat's creamy color, tenderness and delicate taste are highly valued to the most exacting buyers.
