A highly effective cleaner designed to fight tough grease and bake-on carbon resides after cooking, frying, and BBQ. 1. Quickly cut through greases and dried-on residues 2. No lingering odor after rinsing HOW TO USE: FRYER CLEANING 1. Scrape off or hose down to remove excess grease and empty it up. 2. Heat up the fryer filled with water 10 cm from top. 3. Pour the cleaner in a ratio of 1:30 into the fryer and boil the solution for 30 mins. 4. Scrub the residue and rinse with potable water before use OVEN CLEANING 1. Use gloves and protective glasses 2. Directly apply the cleaner to areas needed to be cleaned. 3. Let it work for 15 mins and rinse with potable water. GRIDDLE CLEANING 1. Pre-heat the cooking surfaces to 80 ºC 2. Mix the cleaner with water 1:1 and pour directly onto the surfaces. 3. Scrubbing the surfaces with pad and repeat if necessary. 4. Rinse with potable water.
